Prsentation du poste :
Le CMPP PEP87-24 recrute un/e Mdecin Pdopsychiatre ou un/e mdecin pdiatre, psychiatre ou
gnraliste disposant idalement dune formation sur les Troubles du Neurodveloppement (TND) et
le dveloppement de lenfant/adolescent, ainsi quun intrt marqu pour le travail en quipe
pluridisciplinaire.
Le/la mdecin anime les runions de lquipe pluridisciplinaire et est responsable ce titre des bilans
mis en uvre, du diagnostic pos, de lindication et de la mise en place des accompagnements. Il
coconstruit le projet de soin et daccompagnement avec lquipe, assure lvaluation diagnostique
codifie, rdige des certificats ncessaires. Il assure des suivis thrapeutiques et les liens avec les
partenaires.
Missions :
Diagnostic :
? Assurer les consultations et la formalisation du diagnostic lissue de la runion de synthse
? Rvaluer les diagnostiques en fonction de lvolution de lenfant/adolescent
? Etablir la cotation en CIM 11
Travail thrapeutique :
? Raliser les consultations mdicales (enfant, adolescent, famille)
? Raliser des psychothrapies individuelles si formation pdopsychiatrique
? Etablir les prescriptions dexamens complmentaires et de traitements mdicamenteux/non
mdicamenteux
? Effectuer des entretiens en binmes
Runions :
? Animer les synthses pluridisciplinaires
? Participer aux runions de lquipe des mdecins CMPP
? Participer aux runions institutionnelles/fonctionnements
? Assurer des rencontres avec les partenaires
Partenariat :
? Maintenir le travail de collaboration avec les mdecins traitants, la PMI, les tablissements
sanitaires et mdico-sociaux, les tablissements scolaires (mdecins scolaires, psychologues
scolaires); la MDPH, la protection de lenfance, les professionnels libraux etc. la demande et
dans le respect des rgles de confidentialit et du secret partag : contacts tlphoniques,
participation effective aux runions ou transmission crite.
Ecrits institutionnels :
? Garantir la tenue du dossier de chaque enfant, et le remplissage du logiciel dactivit
? Elaborer les courriers aux mdecins traitants et mdecins spcialistes partenaires
? Rdiger les comptes rendus de consultations.
? Rdiger le projet de soins et daccompagnement individualis pour chaque enfant/adolescent
Comptences et profil recherchs :
Mdecin pdopsychiatre, ou pdiatre, psychiatre, mdecin gnraliste form aux TND et au
dveloppement de lenfant/adolescent
Bonne connaissance des Troubles du Neurodveloppement, des troubles psycho affectifs
Matrise des modes daccompagnement des enfants en situation de handicap.
Connaissance du rseau sanitaire et mdico-social territorial.
Intrt pour le travail en quipe pluridisciplinaire.
Connaissance des outils dvaluation et de diagnostic, des rles des intervenants et des
ressources du territoire.
Autonomie, rigueur, aisance relationnelle et communication claire.
Capacit danimation et de rgulation dquipe
Conditions de travail :
Poste bas Bellac et Limoges (runion dquipe)
Temps de travail : 0,30 ETP.
