About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Enterprise Sales for North America to lead the elevation, modernization, and scaling of its enterprise sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new-logo acquisition and expansion within the largest and most strategic prospects and customers. This high-impact leadership role involves inheriting an established enterprise team and book of business, and then modernizing the sales process, playbooks, and partner ecosystem to set the standard for world-class enterprise selling. The VP will be expected to build a consultative, solution-selling culture, deepen partner relationships, and drive measurable growth in enterprise bookings. Collaboration with senior leaders in product, engineering, and marketing is essential to make enterprise sales a key growth lever. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record in developing and delivering revenue growth strategies, with significant leadership experience in a cybersecurity or closely related enterprise SaaS environment. A deep understanding of subscription-based, recurring-revenue SaaS business models and platform selling is required, as is experience in leading a scaled, revenue-focused SaaS organization. The role demands a leader who is data- and metrics-driven, with a history of improving net retention and mitigating churn. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are a must, along with the ability to instill operational excellence and optimize sales processes. The VP will also be responsible for representing enterprise sales in executive forums and monitoring market trends to inform sales strategies.
