Store Engagement & Onboarding Associate

SpartanNash, Byron Center, MI, is seeking an Associate Engagement Coordinator to drive the employment lifecycle for the store. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, orientation, safety, and communications while partnering with local HR to staff events and resources. The role focuses on a strong People First culture and retention strategies.
