UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Nation Medical Director to lead Clinical Program Governance, Evaluation and Innovation within the UCS Clinical Evidence Group. You will guide CPR, design trials and collaborate with the National CMO to test and scale innovative care models across the health plan. You will manage a 5–7 person team, drive cross-functional partnerships with clinicians, vendors and providers, and ensure programs deliver measurable impact on care quality and cost.
