We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate, experienced Jewelry Sales Associate for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Role Overview

As a Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be the face of our showroom. You’ll guide clients through life's most meaningful moments—from engagement rings and anniversary gifts to custom creations and fine timepiece selections. We need a polished sales professional who thrives on building a personal client book, closing high-value sales, and delivering flawless customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Clienteling: Provide an elevated, consultative sales experience. Build and maintain a personal client book through proactive follow-ups, outreach for special occasions, and VIP previews.
• Product Expertise: Educate clients on fine jewelry, precious metals, gemstones, diamonds (the 4 Cs), timepieces, and custom design options.
• Showroom Maintenance: Maintain pristine display cases, restock inventory, verify piece placement, and assist with merchandising.
• Operational Excellence: Perform safe handling of high-value merchandise, execute intake for repairs or custom design jobs, and process point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Security & Safety: Adhere strictly to store security, opening/closing procedures, and loss-prevention guidelines for luxury inventory.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years of direct luxury fine jewelry or luxury retail sales experience (Required).
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry care/repair processes.
• Sales Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building repeat client loyalty.
• Interpersonal Skills: Warm, articulate, professional presentation and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holiday seasonal rushes (Full-Time: 35-40 hrs/wk; Part-Time: 15-25 hrs/wk).
