Physical Therapist (SNF) Located in a skilled nursing facility, this position involves providing physical therapy services to residents. The role requires prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility and is scheduled for Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position begins on September 28, 2026, and ends on December 26, 2026.

Provides physical therapy services within a skilled nursing environment, focusing on improving residents' mobility and function.Required Qualifications:
NY license, BLS certification, prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, 0 years of experience minimum, scheduled on Saturdays from 8 am to 4:30 pm, 40 hours per week.Schedule:
Saturday only, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, for a minimum of 40 hours per week.Additional Information:
The candidate must hold an active New York State license and BLS certification prior to start date.
