Head of Customer Experience for AI Design SaaS

Noon is seeking a Head of Customer Experience to create and lead a new team focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. This role will be responsible for building the function from scratch and will heavily impact customer relationships. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Experience with strong leadership skills and technical product knowledge.
