Work Environment\nThis position is designed for a remote work setting, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering care. Our clinic operates from Monday through Saturday, providing a supportive infrastructure that includes in-house credentialing, administrative staff to handle insurance participation, and a well-organized scheduling system. You'll have the resources you need to focus on your clients and provide effective therapy from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, and families, identifying their unique needs and preferences to tailor therapeutic interventions accordingly. \n
- Engage in the triaging of care by effectively assessing the urgency of clients’ situations, which may involve initial evaluations and crisis intervention. \n
- Maintain open communication with clinical staff regarding assessment results, crafted treatment plans, and progress notes designed to support interdisciplinary collaboration. \n
- Exhibit advanced knowledge and skills to provide competent care that encompasses physical, psychological, and social considerations across diverse client demographics. \n
- Manage assigned cases through the provision of comprehensive case management services, integrating collaboration with community resources and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. \n
- Execute ethical documentation practices in a timely manner to uphold the standards of our health clinic and regulatory requirements. \n
- Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methodologies along with other evidence-based treatment modalities to implement individualized service plans effectively. \n
Our multidisciplinary team works with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health disorders. You will provide outpatient therapy tailored to strengths and challenges, ensuring that clients receive appropriate support for their unique situations. Your expertise will be paramount in guiding clients toward achieving their therapeutic goals.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Must possess current licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW from the State of Oregon. \n
- Willingness to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility regarding session scheduling. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling. \n

- Experience working with an array of mental health issues in outpatient settings. \n
- Prior familiarity with electronic health record systems and a strong emphasis on documentation. \n
- Ability to integrate CBT techniques into therapeutic practices is highly beneficial. \n

- Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials. \n
