Medical Billing Call Center Representative

Virtual Vocations Inc

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Medical Billing Call Center Representative will greet patients, resolve inquiries, and manage confidential billing information in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Greet patients and address customer questions with a focus on one-call resolution Update confidential information, process payments, and manage tasks within internal work queues Respond to inquiries from patients, collection agencies, and attorneys regarding billing and account balances Required qualifications Proven experience in a high-volume call center or customer support role, preferably in healthcare Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player Capability to sit for prolonged periods and lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
