About the Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac Critical Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2-3 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Must have 2 years of critical care background including ventilator management with respiratory therapy support. Experience with titratable vasoactive drips is required. Description: The position involves working in a 16-bed cardiac critical care unit. Patient ratios include 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3. The unit is equipped with ventilators, Arctic Sun devices, temporary pacemakers, and Swan-Ganz catheters. Electronic Medical Records are managed using Epic. The candidate should be prepared to float with low census levels. No education modules are required prior to the first day. The dress code includes navy scrubs. First-day instructions will be provided by the manager. All candidates are encouraged to exhibit professionalism and a strong commitment to patient care.
