M a in t a s k s:

• Develop andimprovequality plans to assureharmonized requirementsof manufacturing process,customers,engineering and suppliers

•Assure technical regulationand standards’ requirements definedbyengineering technicalspecification/drawings

•Basedon drawings andspecificationdetermine key productcharacteristics required to measure andrecordin the quality plans.Work out new drawing datum,dimensionandtolerances forin process qualitycontrol (working together with manufacturingengineer)

• Determiningthe key productcharacteristics to be measuredinthe QualityPlan(with the helpof the

manufacturing engineers).

•Manage scrapingprocessesin OracleERPsystem

• Develop personalizedtrainingprogramfor qualityinspectors (with peer PQE`s) to bringtheindividuals“up tospeed”withcontinuedtrainingas needed

•Analyse customercomplaintsand professionallysupportcustomercommunication orvisits. Initiate andcoordinatecorrectiveandpreventive actions

• Improve quality processes focusingoncustomersatisfactionand competitiveness throughsixsigmaandleantools

•SupportSMART process atGEMBAboardincludingleanlines

•Monitor, analyseandimprovemain qualityKPIs (Costof Quality,defect rate,processcapability, number of NCRs, aging of NCRs,qualitystop works,critical process audits). Initiateimprovement actionforrelevant partieslikequality and manufacturing engineers orsuppliers.

•Review andfollow upNPI and generateimprovements basedonprocesscapability

•Participate onSMARTquality meetings andevaluate NCRs furthermoreinitiatecorrectiveand preventiveactions together with manufacturingengineers (eg.Poke-Yokesolutions)

• Define quality disciplinaryscores,provideinformation for HRnotificationsif necessary,based on evaluated NCRs

• Customer focusand productcompliance

• Furthertasks notinvolvedinthisJob Description, that theimmediateleader/manager assigns withverbally orin writing.

•Active participationonmandatoryEHS trainingsand events

Reporting:

• Non-conformance reporting regularGEMBA productionmeetings

•Scrap reports on weeklybasis

R e sp o nsibility:

• Coordinate andimprovequalitycontrol processeswith responsibility forhighlevel productquality

•Lead continuousimprovement,lean projects and generate highlevel ofsupplier performance

• FollowISO9001 qualitystandard,documentedprocedures,quality requirements

• Responsiblefor handlingcustomerclaims, NCRs,SDRs, QSWs and auditfindings

• Immediately report theincidents andnearmisses tothedirect reports andEHS department

•OnLPBlevelmanagesdaily to assurecomplianceto HRregulations

• FollowEHS rules and warnothers to followthe rules

Au t ho r ity:

•Prepareand actively participate on externalaudits,customervisits andprovidesolutionsfor deviations

•Executeinternal,workstation orcritical processaudits andfollow upnon-conformitiesin GensuiteSystem

•Dispositionnon-conformances on NCRs andSDRs (wheredesignengineeringinvolvementin not necessary)

Education: Technical University/Collegedegreeis required

Experience:Atleast 2 years professional experience

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
