Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant Opportunity | High Visibility Role | Hybrid

I’m currently partnering with a company looking to hire a Senior Accountant for a high-exposure opportunity reporting directly to the CFO.

This is NOT your typical accounting role. The company is looking for someone who wants to grow quickly, gain broad business exposure, and have a real voice within the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close and variance analysis

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Partner with external auditors and CPA firm

• Support benefits, 401(k), and HR-related initiatives

• Help mentor/develop junior staff

• Identify process improvement opportunities

What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years of accounting experience

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

• Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow
