Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Conviva Care Counseling Center are stable adults, carefully screened prior to receiving services. These individuals typically present with low-acuity mental health concerns, allowing you to provide focused and effective counseling without the pressures associated with severe mental health crises. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Licensing: Full licensure in good standing to practice independently in New Jersey as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a sympathetic nature, and the ability to effectively communicate. Candidates must also be proficient in technology and virtual platforms used for counseling.
