Position Summary We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our close-knit Memphis area team. As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children and families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing behavior intervention plans that make a real difference . Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, day care, or other settings. Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data. Support social, communication, and daily living skill development. Maintain communication with supervisors and parents. Promote a positive, motivating environment for every client. Qualifications Active RBT certification. Reliable transportation. A caring, patient, and professional attitude . Compensation & Benefits Pay: $20–$26/hour depending on experience. Paid training.
