Reconstruction Project Manager Benefits Vision insurance Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Responsibilities Create estimates for the company's reconstruction jobs (inside the home). Create estimates in Xactimate for the company's reconstruction jobs. Rebuild customers' homes after water mitigation, mold remediation, fire damage, demo and other restoration related jobs. Rebuild and re‑install drywall, flooring, ceiling, cabinetry, light fixtures, wall paint, bathrooms, kitchens and all other in‑home reconstruction. Scope job by identifying the amount of labor and materials necessary to complete it from beginning to end. Manage a team of in‑house employees for each reconstruction job. Manage a team of subcontractors that will do partial work or all of the work. Scope the time required to complete each job and coordinate/schedule jobs. Create the budget required to complete the job from beginning to end and review it with the owner/manager. Job budgets must be approved by the owner/manager before beginning the job. Must manage the entire process and ensure top‑notch quality levels. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure job quality meets highest customer service levels. If a reconstruction job is overbudget or requires more time, must communicate with the owner immediately. Position Requirements Must speak English; bilingual preferred. 5 years’ experience with in‑home reconstruction including drywall, flooring, ceiling, cabinetry, light fixtures, wall paint, bathrooms, kitchens and all other in‑home reconstruction. 5 years’ experience using Xactimate to estimate. 5 years’ experience in construction. 5 years’ experience in home remodeling. High school diploma or GED. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, or up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics). Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
