Home Textile Print Designer

Our rapidly growing wholesale houseware client, is seeking a talented and innovative textile print designer to join their team. Responsibilities: Design patterns, prints, and fabrics for home textile products from start to finish Set up tech specs Communicate with oversees vendors Keep abreast of industry trends to develop product lines Able to oversee multiple projects keeping to deadlines while sustaining premium quality Approve samples, affirm color and quality consistency, and oversee the fit process Develop tech packs from drawings, including detailed specs for materials, dimensions, and construction methods Partner with the industrial design team to produce 3D models for presentations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or related field 3-7 years of experience in home or fashion textiles Expert knowledge in constructions, materials, and manufacturing processes Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Knowledge working with repeats, CADs, and production-ready files Keen eye for trend, color and detail Highly organized, able to multitask, and deadline-driven Excellent communication skills and team-oriented Experience with 3D rendering or visualization tools (a plus) You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
