LPN - Orthopedic (Inpatient)

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a fast-paced orthopedics and urology surgical unit. Responsibilities include: administering medications, hanging IV fluids, charting assessments and care plans, coordinating with physicians, performing dressing changes, trach and NG tube care, ostomy care, and reinforcing discharge instructions. Key duties: support patient recovery, assist with high-acuity patients alongside RNs, and utilize equipment such as wound vacs, drains, traction devices, orthotic devices, and telemetry monitoring. Qualifications: valid LPN license, BLS certification, and relevant college diploma. Prior experience is preferred. Skills: strong communication, ability to prioritize, and competence in completing clinical tasks independently after initial assessments.
