Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, Senior Structural or Architectural Project Coordinator to drive the technical alignment of a large-scale, highly complex hydric development project featuring both residential and commercial components. This is strictly not a pure drafting or modeling role . We need a senior-level professional with robust real-world construction acumen who can act as the vital bridge between disciplines. You will proactively hunt down coordination gaps, resolve constructability issues, and validate execution readiness across architectural, structural steel, and MEP scopes before documentation reaches the contractor phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Align and synthesize highly complex technical information bridging structural steel, architectural layouts, core structural engineering, and MEP disciplines.
• Constructability Review: Audit documentation rigorously to ensure detailing fully matches architectural intent and survives the realities of on-site construction implementation.
• Clash & Gap Resolution: Proactively identify system clashes, missing structural details, and coordination conflicts within models prior to physical execution.
• BIM Workflow Management: Support advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination and execute precision clash detection workflows across diverse engineering teams.
• Execution Readiness: Guarantee that all multidisciplinary documentation is 100% coordinated and bulletproof before being handed off to contractors for site implementation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with project managers, external consultants, and field contractors to maintain absolute execution clarity and consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified professional experience in multidisciplinary project coordination within architecture, structural engineering, or large-scale construction environments.
• Robust, hands-on experience coordinating documentation across structural steel, architecture, and MEP .
• Deep practical exposure to U.S. construction standards , contractor coordination protocols, and North American project workflows.
• Expert-level technical proficiency utilizing Revit and AutoCAD within highly collaborative, BIM-driven environments.
• Demonstrated history navigating technically complex commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or large-scale residential projects.
• Location Context: 100% remote operational infrastructure open exclusively to professionals permanently residing in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay, or Venezuela .

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Extensive hands-on expertise with advanced clash detection software ecosystems, specifically Navisworks .
• Strong proactive mindset tailored toward anticipating field-related issues from a purely practical, boots-on-the-ground construction perspective.
