Senior Staff IT Product Lead - Microsoft 365/Exchange

Senior Staff IT Product Lead at Exelixis responsible for delivering enterprise digital workplace solutions including communication, collaboration, and content management platforms. The role combines individual contributor expertise with cross-functional partnership to develop scalable, secure, user-centric products aligned with organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital product vision and strategy for enterprise platforms including communication, collaboration, and content management
• Partner with business stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and gather user needs through research
• Participate in product development lifecycle using agile practices; collaborate with engineering, architecture, and QA teams
• Support stakeholder alignment by translating technical concepts and managing cross-functional team communication
• Ensure enterprise applications maintain compliance with regulatory standards and support quality assurance activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline with 8 years relevant experience, or Master's degree with 7 years experience
• Minimum 5 years supporting enterprise-wide platforms; 7+ years progressive IT or product management experience
• Proven leadership of product development teams in agile or product-centric operating models
• Experience with SaaS platforms (Veeva, Microsoft) or cloud solutions (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
• Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and product management methodologies

Compensation: $168,500 - $239,500 base annually
