Unlike high-volume production facilities, our team builds customized products in smaller quantities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and taking pride in producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, and production documentation
- Measure, cut, prepare, and assemble components to specification
- Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist in other manufacturing departments as needed
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production experience required
- Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow written instructions and technical drawings
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
1st Shift Only
Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime is always optional.

Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
