Inpatient Psychiatrist opening in South Central GA

Seeking 3-4 BE/BC Psychiatrists, including a medical director to join our inpatient psychiatry team in south central Georgia near the Florida border.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care at a facility with nearly 140 beds covering adult, child, adolescent, geriatric, and PHP/IOP services.
• Work an ideal schedule of Monday to Friday plus two weekend days per month for full time.
• Participate in a team call rotation shared among all clinicians.
• Collaborate with a team of 3-4 psychiatrists and 3-4 PMHNPs, and 1-3 physicians on the medical side.
• Manage a caseload of 20+ patients per day with support from NP/PA assistants.
• Open to expanding services to include interventional psychiatry treatments.
