About the Role Weareseekingadetail-orientedanddriven JuniorEstimator with0–2yearsofexperienceindrywallandceilingsconstructiontojoinourgrowingteaminOrlando,FL.Thisroleiscriticalinsupportingprojectsuccessthroughaccuratecostestimating,contractanalysis,andquality-focusedprojectexecution. Theidealcandidateisproactive,analytical,andexperiencedinreadingplans,pricingprojects,andcollaboratingwithprojectteamstoensuretimelyandprofitabledelivery. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive projectcostestimates for drywall and ceilings scope Perform detailed quantitytakeoffs from drawings and specifications Review and interpret constructiondocuments,contracts,andbidpackages Price and manage changeorders , including cost analysis and documentation Conduct siteinspections to validate scope, identify risks, and support estimating accuracy Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors during preconstruction and execution phases Monitor project costs and support budgettrackingandcostcontrol Assist in qualitycontrol/qualityassurance(QC/QA) processes to ensure compliance with project specifications Maintain organized documentation of estimates, proposals, and revisions Support continuous improvement in estimating processes and tools Required Qualifications 0–2yearsofexperience in estimating within drywall, ceilings, or related construction trades preferred, but not required Strong experience in: Project pricing and cost estimation Change order preparation and management Site inspections and field coordination Contract review and interpretation Quality control/quality assurance processes Ability to read and interpret architecturalandconstructiondrawings Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Areas of Familiarity (Preferred Construction Scope Experience) Exteriormetalpanelsystems Drywallsystemsandassemblies Interiorframing(metalstudframing) Acoustical/soundpanelsystems Division10specialties(toiletpartitions,accessories,lockers,etc.) Preferred Skills & Software Experience Proficiency in: PlanGrid OnCenter QuickBid BuzzBid Experience with drywall and acoustical ceilings systems is highly preferred Why Join Us Opportunity to work on dynamic commercial construction projects Collaborative and growth-oriented team environment Competitive compensation and benefits package Career advancement opportunities within a growing company #J-18808-Ljbffr
