Come be a part of this incredible and inclusive team at Invited!/ppAs a Restaurant Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the daily food and beverage operations within the clubs restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to established standards and safety guidelines. Your primary focus is to ensure all operations and member services meet and exceed expectations. You will also actively participate in service during both low and high-volume periods to support the team and uphold excellent service standards./pp Reports to the Restaurant Manager, Director of Restaurants, Director of Food Beverage or Assistant Director of Food Beverage/pulliUphold Inviteds service standards as outlined in the service training program./liliOversee the service of food and beverages to members and guests, ensuring adherence to the Inviteds standards of service and excellence./liliDirectly and indirectly supervise service staff to ensure consistent service quality and exceptional member and guest experience./liliAccurately execute member and guest orders and special requests./liliAssist in implementing training and incentive programs to maintain a well-trained staff focused on achieving service excellence, in alignment with the food beverage service training program./liliReview reservation books and function sheets for your shift, ensuring room setups align with booking and event requirements./liliInitiate opening procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts, and complete the required closing procedures./liliInspect the cleanliness and setup of rooms, ensuring they are prepared for the next service or event and are ready for members./liliDocument tasks and notes in the shift log to ensure effective communication for the following shift./liliMaintain comprehensive knowledge of the al carte menu, including daily features and specials./liliDemonstrate a clear understanding of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club./liliActively participate in daily line-ups, weekly service trainings meetings, and special training sessions as requested./liliEnsure completion of daily assignments and side work to club standards, including maintaining clean, sanitary work areas and restocking supplies as needed./liliInteract professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes and last-minute requests to enhance their experience./liliPerform additional duties as assigned by management./li/ululliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliRepresent the companys management team by supporting and enforcing policies while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliPromote and follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliSupport the overall efficiency of the team by collaborating and contributing to the clubs goals./li/ulpRequired/pulliA high school diploma or equivalent./liliA minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant or club-related field within the food beverage industry./li/ulpPreferred/pulliPreferred certifications: ServeSafe Food Handlers Certificate, ABC Certification, and CPR Certification./liliCompletion of all food beverage online training modules: Service Training, Host Training, Bartender Training, Server Assistant Training, Banquet Server Training, Beverage Cart Attendant Training, Kitchen, Employee Training, FB Refresh Training, Culinary Safety, Food Safety, and Alcohol Safety./li/ulpMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods./ppAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases./ppCapable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required./ppAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally./ppEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./pulliComputer/liliPoint of Sale/liliTrays (2 - 60 lbs.)/liliBottle Opener/liliWine Tool/li/ulpAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule./ppAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./ppWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
