The role… This position will focus on production planning supporting the sales and manufacturing departments by assisting in achieving the daily production objectives. How you’ll make an impact… Develop and manage production schedules and workflows to ensure efficient operations aligned with capacity, lead times, and customer demand Drive accurate and timely order execution by converting sales orders into production and purchase orders and managing them through SAP Monitor capacity, output, and demand forecasts, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing resource utilization Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy by managing master data, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting informed decision-making Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing planning processes, leveraging SAP data, and supporting cross-functional collaboration What do you bring… Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field and 2+ years of experience; or High School Diploma with 5+ years of equivalent experience in production/operations planning, or a similar supply chain function. 2+ years of experience inmake to ordermanufacturing environment preferred. Advancedunderstanding of production flowandshop floor operations. Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP sstems. Data analysis skills. Strong organizational, communication, decision-making,and problem-solving skills. APICS certification is a plus. What do we offer?
