Novant Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our growing Women's Health team serving the Bluffton, Hilton Head and Hardeeville, South Carolina communities.

This is a full-scope opportunity combining ambulatory women's health and inpatient obstetrical care, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients throughout pregnancy, delivery, postpartum care and ongoing women's health needs.

As a Certified Nurse Midwife, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the continuum of women's health.

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide prenatal and postpartum care
• Manage low-risk pregnancies
• Support labor management and vaginal deliveries
• Provide inpatient rounding and postpartum care
• Deliver routine gynecologic and preventive women's health services
• Provide family planning and contraceptive counseling
• Educate and support patients through shared decision-making
• Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians for higher-risk pregnancies and clinical escalation
• Participate in shared inpatient and call coverage
• Help create continuity between the ambulatory practice and hospital experience

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program
• Current or eligible South Carolina APRN licensure
• Current Certified Nurse Midwife certification through the appropriate national certifying organization
• BLS certification
• Eligible for hospital privileges
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered women's healthcare
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable practicing in both ambulatory and inpatient environments
