Maintaining the appearance of the restaurant. Providing an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities of a Greeter/Food Runner: Greeting, seating, and escorting guests. Providing information to inquiring guests. Delivering food in a timely fashion. Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware. Providing an exceptional customer experience. Greeter/Food Runner Job Requirements: Must showcase teamwork and communication skills. Must be able to multitask and act quickly. Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.
