Customer Success Manager – PetDesk | Remote (US) PetDesk is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own the post-sales experience for veterinary practices. This full-time, remote role offers $26–$28/hour plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus program. The successful candidate will manage 400+ accounts, drive adoption and retention, and maximize customer ROI through consultative relationships with veterinary practice managers and owners.
