Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, ongoing care to patients of all ages, serving families from childhood through older adulthood.
• Effectively manage chronic illnesses, provide preventive care, address acute health issues, and consider mental well-being in your treatment approach.
• Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic findings, and create personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Work synergistically with care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialists to ensure an integrated approach to health.

• Utilize advanced electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure precise and timely patient documentation.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or possession of) an active Oregon medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
