As a Data Center Logistics Associate, you'll help ensure that critical equipment and materials are received, tracked, stored, and delivered accurately while supporting server rack assembly and installation activities. Temp to hire long term opportunity.Weekend Shifts:1st Weekend: Friday-Monday 7am-5:30am - $22.502nd Weekend: Friday-Monday 1:30pm-12am - $23.003rd Weekend: Friday-Monday 10pm - 8:30am - $23.50Responsibilities:Assembly and Installation SupportAssist with the installation and setup of computer server racksAssemble server racks following diagrams, procedures, and work instructionsSafely use hand tools and equipment required for installation tasksSupport cable management and rack organization activities alongside senior techniciansShipping and Receiving:Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors and carriersPrepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipmentsUnload, unpack, inspect, and verify incoming deliveriesMove inventory using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, while following safety proceduresFacility Maintenance:Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentOrganize storage areas and shipping/receiving docksAssist with the disposal of packaging materials and decommissioned equipmentCompliance and Safety:Follow all company safety policies and proceduresAdhere to data center security requirements and access controlsMaintain compliance with operational and safety standardsSupport and Collaboration:Partner with data center operations, procurement, and technical teams to support inventory and logistics requirementsAssist with special projects and operational initiativesPerform additional duties as assigned while maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and safetyInventory Management:Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory, including server racks, trays, networking equipment, and other hardwareMaintain inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all received and shipped materialsConduct routine inventory audits and cycle countsInvestigate and reconcile inventory discrepanciesDesired Background/Skills:Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials, including server trays and server racksAbility to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shiftAbility to safely operate powered equipment used to position and move heavy server racks in accordance with established safety guidelinesFamiliarity with proper lifting techniques and material handling equipmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProfessional, positive, and safety-focused attitudeFlexibility to work overtime as neededDon't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
