Step into an impactful role supporting elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in the upcoming school year. With opportunities for both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced clinicians (SLP-CCC), this position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will foster communication development and lifelong learning. Two full-time positions are available, starting in August, offering a 37.5-hour work week within a collaborative educational setting.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid or eligible SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed, CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- School-based, pediatric, or elementary caseload experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Dedication to supporting diverse student needs
Position Overview:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary-age students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with teachers and parents
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Deliver interventions addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all school and state guidelines
