Line Cook

Three Brothers Wineries & Estates is hiring for a part‑time line cook. We are looking for energetic, passionate, and friendly staff members that can efficiently multi‑task and work in a fast‑pace environment with ease. Full‑time hours are available during our busy season. Our café team, along with our tasting room team, form the backbone of the customer experience at Three Brothers Wineries & Estates. We work as a team to provide incredible service to customers visiting our facilities. A team player with a positive attitude and personable demeanor is essential. This is also a part‑time opportunity, with more hours available during the summer and fall season. General Responsibilities Perform food preparation. Frying, grilling and sautéing. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe. Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment. Responsible for following food safety policies. Follow a prep list and take initiative when Executive Chef is not there for direction. Cook in a fast‑pace environment. Work FOH and take customer orders during slow times when a FOH staff member is not available. Complete duties from opening and closing checklists. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Read and follow a recipe unsupervised. Work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Maintain high standards for work areas and appearance. Be organized and a problem solver. Make change accurately and multitask efficiently. Maintain a positive attitude. Work nights (for events), weekends, and some holidays. Job Requirements: Must be available to work most weekends. Pay: $18.00 per hour, plus tips. Job Type: Part‑time. Benefits: Employee discount.
