This is not an entry-level role. This is not just a front desk position. This is a revenue-driving leadership position.
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead performance, drive sales growth, and hold the team accountable to measurable targets.
You will be responsible for:
- Increasing service revenue and retail performance
- Managing daily operations and team execution
- Owning KPIs, productivity, and performance metrics
- Coaching staff on upselling, rebooking, and client retention
- Ensuring a high-level guest experience
- Holding the team accountable to numbers
This role is performance-based. The more revenue you drive, the more you earn.
Compensation: $20 per hour starting base pay plus performance pay. Prove your value and start $25-$30 per hour in 6 months or less. Monthly bonus potential $1,500+ tied directly to sales growth
Qualifications (Required):
- 3–5 years managing a salon, spa, doctors office or med spa
- Proven track record of increasing revenue
- Strong understanding of service and retail KPIs
- Confident leadership and sales coaching ability
- Must be located within commuting distance to Rutherford, NJ
