Senior Graphic Designer

Bumble’s Creative Studio is an exciting inflection point, supporting Bumble Inc.’s portfolio of apps globally. We’re looking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer to be an integral part of our growing team, working on global projects and across time zones. In this lead role within the Creative Studio, you’ll be responsible for developing effective, exciting, and culturally relevant work for our portfolio of brands. You’ll be part of a full-service, in-house, geographically diverse creative team of designers, art directors, and copywriters who work hand-in-hand with video editors and a global network of producers and external production partners. The Senior Graphic Designer is a highly skilled and versatile designer who brings both craft andconceptual thinking to every project. With a strong command of design across print, digital, social andcampaign work, they can move seamlessly between briefs, maintaining a consistently high standard ofoutput. They are confident working autonomously as well as collaboratively, bringing proactive energy and fresh ideas to the team. Your creative scope will span a wide variety of communications, from global campaigns and social content to cultural brand moments and marketing initiatives, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is based in the U.S. reporting to the Design Lead in London. Key Accountabilities Designing across a broad range of communications for Bumble Inc.'s diverse brands; spanning print,digital, social, growth, marketing, and campaign work globally. Taking ownership of complex briefs from concept through to execution, delivering high-quality designwork that is on-brand and consistently excellent. Collaborating closely with copywriters, motion designers, art directors and other creatives to producecohesive, compelling work across all brands. Contributing actively in brainstorming and concepting sessions, bringing strong creative ideas and apoint of view to the table. Presenting work to key stakeholders, clearly articulating design decisions and how they ladder up to thebrief and brand objectives. Upholding and championing Bumble Inc.'s brand standards across all markets and touchpoints,ensuring consistency at every level. Manage your own workload effectively, and flag any resource or timeline considerations. Collaborating with cross-functional partners across marketing and product to help translate briefs intocompelling creative solutions, ensuring brand consistency at every touchpoint. Staying ahead of design trends, cultural moments, and industry best practices; bringing fresh thinkingand relevant references into your work. Experience We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and versatile designthinking across multiple channels, from brand campaigns and social content to digital and print. They'llhave a track record of delivering high volumes of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, with theconfidence and experience to take full ownership of projects from brief to final delivery. They're a self-starter who brings energy and ideas to every brief, works comfortably without closesupervision, and thrives as part of a collaborative, geographically diverse creative team. While this is anindividual contributor role, they'll naturally set a high bar through the quality of their work and thethoughtfulness of their creative contributions. About You A bachelor’s degree in a related field 7+ years of experience in design roles, preferably in the tech sector You have an expert command of design applications (Adobe CC, Figma), using the latest design tools, and embracing the future You have a robust portfolio of work that demonstrates strong design thinking and exceptional craft across print, digital, social and campaign channels. You are positive and committed with a 'can-do' attitude and a flexible approach to complex problems, using this to problem solve into elegant and accessible designs. You’re comfortable working autonomously (delivering design) and in collaboration with others (discovering a solution) You have great communication skills, both verbal and written, and are confident presenting and explaining your creative decisions to stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple briefs and meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality. You have excellent time management skills, strong organisational skills and great attention to detail, ensuring our work always communicates clearly and is on brand. You possess a strong understanding of design principles including typography, layout, and colour theory. You can comfortably deliver work across both print and digital platforms. You showcase conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities. You have an understanding of content management systems for asset tracking and creation.
