Opportunity:
Advanced Practitioners – Urgent Care

Job Details:

• Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) opportunity within a growing Urgent Care team serving communities throughout Fairfield County
• Evaluate and treat a wide variety of acute illnesses and injuries, providing timely, patient-centered care
• Perform laceration repair, suturing, and staple removal
• Conduct incision and drainage procedures
• Provide splinting and casting services
• Perform wound care management
• Interpret EKGs and preliminary X-rays
• Administer IV therapy and medications
• Conduct DOT, occupational, sports, and school physicals
• Provide care for patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Full-Time position at 38 hours per week with flexible part-time option at 24 hours per week
• Rotating schedule within clinic hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Weekend rotations are shared across the provider team
• Providers may work at multiple Fairfield County locations including Trumbull, Fairfield, Norwalk, Westport, Stamford, Shelton, Stratford, Monroe, and Wilton
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Must hold or be eligible for a Connecticut APRN or PA license
• FNP Board Certification or NCCPA Certification required
• Minimum of one year of Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or comparable acute care experience required
• Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
