Responsibilities include assisting with:

• Production planning and reporting based on sales and inventory needs
• New orders and assigning ship dates based on availability in department
• Scheduling machines based on needs from masterplan
• Communication between departments about scheduling and product needs
• Tracking and ensuring availability of material and labor for all lines
• Managing work orders (verify material and labor / open, close and update jobs) and closing tasks
• Purchasing on purchase order updates

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Some college coursework
