Your Role

1. Work with active leads and client opportunities
2. Guide buyers, sellers, and renters through the process
3. Manage transactions from initial contact to closing
4. Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

Who You Are

1. Licensed real estate agent or currently pursuing your license
2. Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
3. Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
4. Committed to growing your business and delivering great client experiences

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
