Job Summary ESFM is seeking a Unit Manager, Business Services to join our organization. The Business Services Manager will oversee and coordinate all soft services operations across the facility to ensure a safe, clean, efficient, and high-quality environment for employees and visitors. This role is responsible for managing service delivery, vendor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders to understand their needs, translate challenges into actionable initiatives, and enhance overall soft services performance. Event Planning & Execution: Manages planning and operational support for site-wide and stakeholder events to ensure seamless execution. Leadership Competencies Team Leadership & Development: Provides guidance and coaching to facility coordinators to support high performance and strong stakeholder engagement. Strategic Problem Solving: Identifies challenges, develops proactive solutions, and aligns initiatives with broader workplace strategy and sustainability goals.
