What Youll Do:
Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Educate customers on coverage options and policy details
Meet and exceed individual sales goals

What Were Looking For:
Proven sales experience (insurance, financial services, or related field preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable having sales conversations and closing deals
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
