SCNB is currently seeking highly qualified restaurant managers with experience offering competitive pay rates and huge growth potential. Smithfield's managers are the face of our company and are the first step in providing superior customer service and hospitality to our guests.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Restaurant manager, Customer Service Requirements

SCNB is currently seeking applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

Applicants must be able to:
* Smile
* Create and Maintain Eye Contact
* Speak Enthusiastically
* Make positive customer experiences with Guests
* Commit to at least 1 year of service.
* Stand for 8 hours without sitting.
* Lift 20 pounds
* Work well with others
* Work on the weekend

Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.

Health, dental and vision benefits offered after 60 days of full time employment.
401k with employer offered after 6 month full time employment.
