Amcare Pro Home Health, Palliative Care & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Field Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes throughout Fort Worth, Arlington, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes

• Complete admissions, resumptions of care, recertifications, evaluations, and discharges as assigned

• Assess patients and develop or update individualized plans of care

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Educate patients and caregivers about diagnoses, medications, and care plans

• Monitor changes in patients’ conditions and promptly report concerns

• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Follow agency policies and applicable state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse license

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• At least one year of nursing experience preferred

• Home health, hospice, or palliative care experience preferred

• OASIS and WellSky/Kinnser experience is a plus

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills

• Ability to travel throughout Fort Worth, Arlington, and surrounding areas
