Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals. Implement treatment plans with exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain. Operate and maintain therapy equipment and modalities safely. Record evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise, body mechanics, injury prevention, and self‑management. Maintain a safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols. Participate in quality assurance and professional development activities. Assist in discharge planning for smooth transitions to community or home settings. Perform other duties within scope of practice as assigned. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Georgia. Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC). Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred). Experience in a clinical setting (new graduates welcomed). Additional certifications or licenses as required by the facility. Required Skills Critical thinking, excellent service orientation, strong interpersonal communication. Proficient reading, writing, and verbal communication in English. Computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical ability to remain stationary, move about, and handle equipment up to 100 lbs.
