Litigation Associate

A nationally recognized litigation firm is looking to add a Complex Litigation Attorney to its growing California practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a civil litigator looking for sophisticated, high-exposure matters, meaningful responsibility and strong courtroom experience, while maintaining the flexibility of a hybrid working model. You’ll work alongside experienced trial attorneys on complex matters involving catastrophic injury, transportation, trucking, automotive claims, wrongful death and other significant civil disputes . What You’ll Be Doing Managing civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and other substantive legal documents Taking and defending depositions Attending hearings, mediations and arbitrations Developing case strategy and working directly with clients Preparing matters for trial and gaining meaningful courtroom exposure What We’re Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school 2+ years of civil litigation experience Strong discovery, deposition and motion practice experience Excellent legal writing, analytical and communication skills Ability to independently manage matters and deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
