Tier 1 IT Support Technician - Windows & Office 365

Morris & Dickson Co. is seeking a Tier 1 Hardware & Software Support Technician for our Shreveport campus. On-site role providing first-line support for Windows PCs, basic networking, mobile devices, and Office 365 applications. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in tech support, solid Windows knowledge, and strong communication skills.
