Business Development Coordinator
Now hiring a Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings.
Vara Chevrolet is located off of IH-35 South just a few minutes from downtown San Antonio.

Responsibilities
- Answer Service Department phone calls
- Schedule Service Appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Present financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, service repair concerns
- Contact customers for their recall, maintenance and recommended services
- Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with service teammates, other departments, and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Create internal repair orders
- File service paperwork
- Cross training with Cashier and Receptionist
- Other assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Good in phone communication
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid current driver's license
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS
