Primary functions are to provide applicable weekend physical therapy care for patients with various diagnoses in the acute care setting. Major duties include: patient evaluation, patient treatment, documentation requirements, maintains expected productivity levels (including special assignments). More than 5 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2, Per Diem title. Position may convert to career.
