Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care in accordance with our center's policies and procedures. Collaborate with the nursing management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Administer medications, document resident care, and oversee the implementation of resident schedules. Provide guidance and support to our nursing staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements RN License in MD or multistate. 5 years RN experience. LTC/SNF experience preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing standards, policies, and procedures. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our nursing team.
