The VA Northern California Health Care System is seeking a skilled Sleep Medicine Neurologist to join our expanding specialty care team in Stockton, CA. This is an opportunity to practice high-quality medicine with the time, support, and resources to focus on Veteran-centered care.

Position Overview

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of sleep disorders, including insomnia, sleep apnea, parasomnias, movement disorders in sleep, and other neurologically related sleep conditions.

• Interpret sleep studies and collaborate closely with Sleep Technologists and interdisciplinary teams.

• Support outpatient Neurology services as part of a collaborative specialty team.

• Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives within the service line.

• Typical Monday-Friday schedule with no excessive call burden.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: $245,000-350,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

• Annual performance bonus and regular salary increases.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (required).

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Neurology.

• Board certification or eligibility in Sleep Medicine.

• Full and unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state or territory.
