About the Position

Is seeking an experienced PA Midwife with hospital-based experience to support clinic visits and provide backup call coverage. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned provider looking for consistent scheduling, meaningful patient care, and long-term stability

Schedule Highlights

• Monday–Friday clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Weeknight call + 24-hour weekend call (1 week per month)

• Approximately 10 shifts per month

• Start ASAP upon credentialing

• Multiple open dates available throughout the year

Practice Setting

• Women’s Health Clinic with hospital collaboration

• Full-scope women’s health services (excluding endoscopic procedures)

• Mix of clinic care and hospital call coverage

Key Responsibilities

• Prenatal, postpartum, and routine OB/GYN care

• IUD/Nexplanon insertion & removal

• Natural and emergency deliveries (with on-call physician)

• Assist with C-sections alongside OB/GYN

• Contraceptive counseling and reproductive health services

• Care for female patients across the lifespan

Support & Environment

• Collaborative team of rotating OB/GYNs

• Medical Assistants and RNs in clinic and hospital settings

• Multiple EMR platforms across clinic and hospital

✅ Requirements

• Board-certified PA Midwife

• Active Oregon license

• BLS, ACLS, DEA, and NRP certifications
