Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a compassionate RN/LPN to provide direct nursing care in our eating disorder treatment programs for adolescents and adults. In this on-site role, you’ll complete assessments, administer medications, monitor medical and psychiatric status, and support therapeutic meals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused treatment, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure safety. Provide direct nursing care to adolescents and adults in eating disorder treatment Conduct nursing assessments and monitor medical and psychiatric status Administer medications and monitor treatment responses Support therapeutic meals and monitor clients for safety and medical stability Document care accurately in EMR and maintain regulatory compliance Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and other team members on care plans Provide patient and family education on medical and recovery-related topics Participate in clinical trainings, supervision, and team meetings Respond to crises and implement safety protocols as needed Promote a compassionate, recovery-focused, and culturally sensitive environment Patient assessment Medication administration Care planning Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation Vital signs monitoring Crisis intervention Interdisciplinary team collaboration Patient and family education Infection control Time management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active RN or LPN license in state of practice BLS certification Experience in mental health or eating disorder treatment preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr iaedp
