Summary
- Connect with clients to understand travel interests, timelines, and preferences
- Help coordinate trip components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Review available options using approved supplier platforms
- Share timely updates related to confirmations and planning progress
- Respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure messaging tools
- Support adjustments or service-related requests as needed
- Maintain organized client planning records within internal systems
- Participate in onboarding sessions and team development opportunities
- Strong communication and customer-support skills
- Reliable organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment
- Comfort using online systems and communication platforms
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, scheduling, or administrative roles is helpful but not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work within the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or approved hiring regions
